This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, comfortable beds, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. I recommend it for a cozy stay. I'll be back for Xmas!

Have stayed here many times and would like to stay there on the next trip. Came in Redding to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was amazing base for doing it. Redding Municipal airport was hardly 13 minutes away by car. I had clean and fairly quiet room with a tub. The service was friendly and the staff were very very nice and accommodating.

The room was the cleanest I've encountered on my travels, with a friendly owner. Though the room lacked a refrigerator, the comfort and charm outweighed this minor issue. I'll definitely return!

good location

I found the stay acceptable but had my share of trouble. I tried to enjoy the place, but the overall condition of the room made it difficult at times. I could see that the staff were nice enough. My solo trip was more about taking in the sights and relaxing, which I did eventually achieve. I felt a bit trapped in there, but I made it work.

Staying here with my adult kids was lit! We loved exploring Shasta Lake for a day of waterskiing and swimming. The owner was super friendly and flexible. The clean, comfortable rooms were the best we've encountered on our trip.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities nearby.
